For over 80 years, this southwest culinary treasure, housed in an 1840’s adobe compound in Historic Old Mesilla, has been serving authentic “New-Mex” cuisine from century old family recipes of the late Katy Griggs Camúñez. Using local chiles grown in the Mesilla & Hatch Valley, our La Posta Green Chile is savory, flavorful, and a bit piquant! Our chile is excellent for Enchiladas, Pasta, Hamburgers, Huevos Rancheros, Meatloaf, and more!
